✅ Eligible Returns:

We accept returns only in the following cases:
• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received the wrong item or size
• The product is missing or incomplete

⚠ Non-Returnable Items:
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Products used or washed
• Items purchased during sales, offers, or limited edition drops
• Size-related returns are not accepted – please refer to our size guide before ordering

🕒 Return Window:
• Raise a return request within 3 days of delivery
• Email us at support@mangamazic.com with:
• Your order ID
• A clear photo/video of the item and issue
• A short description of the problem
🚚 Return Pickup / Shipping:
• If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process
• In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product to our return address

❌ Cancellation Policy

🕐 Order Cancellation (By Customer):
• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped
• To cancel, email us immediately at support@mangamazic.com

Once the order is packed or shipped, no cancellation will be accepted

📦 Order Cancellation (By Manga Mazic):

We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:
• Unavailability of stock
• Invalid/incomplete address or contact information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, the full amount (if paid) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
